| 1. How long will my gift take to arrive?
Depending on the shipping method you choose, and the distance the gift has to travel it can take from 2 to 7 days.
2. What if it’s damaged?
We at Lady Dii will everything possible to pack your gift so that it arrives in good condition, but despite our best efforts mishaps can occur. If your gift has a broken item, please let us know within 48 hours of arrival, and we will do our best to make it right.
3. Do you make custom baskets?
Yes we do. Custom baskets require a non-refundable deposit which will range from $25-$50 depending on the contents desired. Due to the time it takes for personalization and our attention to detail, custom baskets cannot be done within 2 weeks of any major holiday. (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day, etc.) Contact us by phone, fax, or email to place a custom order.
4. What if I want multiple baskets exactly alike?
Due to the fluctuation of goods from suppliers, we do not do exactly identical baskets. In some cases, like foot spas for example, you can get more than one but they will be different colors and the products may vary a bit. At Lady Dii we pride ourselves on the originality of every design and strive to make gifts that you will be proud to give, and your recipient will be delighted to receive.
5. Can I supply my own ingredients and you turn them into a gift basket?
Yes, that is considered a custom basket and has to be arranged by phone, fax, or email.
6. Can I be invoiced for my order?
Payment is to be made at the time of order
7. For local orders, can they be delivered or picked up?
Some limited local delivery is available, and there is an additional charge. Pick up may be arranged. Please call for details.
